Can you provide ongoing support after the dashboards are built?
Yes. We offer flexible support depending on what works best for you. Some clients prefer full handover and training so they can manage things in-house, while others choose to keep us on to maintain and update the dashboards over time.
How much does it cost?
We don’t use fixed packages. Every business is different, so we work on a time-charge basis with clear pricing and flexible sprint structures. That way, you only pay for the work you need. We also offer a free consultation to discuss your current challenges and how we can help.
Do you work remotely, hybrid, or on-site?
We're UK-based and remote-first, and can work hybrid or on-site when the project requires it (for example, stakeholder workshops, discovery, or secure-site delivery). We're set up to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and can align to your preferred working pattern.
Are you available for inside IR35 and outside IR35 contracts?
Yes. We contract via PrimeIQ Limited and happy to work inside or outside IR35, depending on the client/agency determination for the engagement. We aim to keep onboarding straightforward and will align to the correct process and paperwork for your contract.
